In the Fall 1997 issue of Smoke magazine, Lew Rothman, President of 800-JR-CIGARS wrote:

"...today's premium cigar smokers are demanding more and more information about the cigars, and the people who make them. To the readers of this and other magazines, premium cigars are more than just a product; they are an insatiable passion."

We agree. In fact, the purpose of Cigar Weekly Magazine is to help satisfy that passion. We want to be THE online information source for cigar enthusiasts. It is our belief that by developing an open community based on the passion of cigar enthusiasts the common knowledge therein will rise to the surface and provide a foundation for all to enjoy.
