Cigar Weekly's policy concerning advertisers

• This is a commercial site. We are not manufacturers, nor do we own a cigar store. We (barely) break even by selling ads that run on the site. Advertising revenue is what pays the bills and keeps this site going.
• We make every effort to associate with advertisers that have good reputations, but we cannot guarantee that the cigars you buy will be satisfactory. The transaction is between you and the vendor.
• Cigar Weekly is an international site with members all over the world. We do not advocate that our members break the laws of any country. If you are doing this, you are on your own.
• Trying to determine the authenticity of Cuban cigars via a cigar BB is an inexact science at best.
• Members are responsible for reading Trader Comments before purchasing cigars.
• Members who feel that they have purchased counterfeit Cuban cigars should report the vendor to Habanos SA or to the authorized Habanos SA distributor for the country in question.
• It is the Member's responsibility to clarify the vendor's guarantees and return policy before purchasing anything.
